Vladislav Shapoval

Vladislav Shapoval is a legal professional, serving as a local counsel for leading multi-national corporations in Ukraine already twenty five years. Expert in commercial law, IP law, contracts, data privacy, compliance and litigation.

Practice of Mr. Shapoval covers driving copyright protection campaigns, combating illicit trade and trademark infringement, advising on various legal matters and handling complex court cases.

Education: Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Law School (Master's degree cum laude – 1999); Ukrainian Academy of public service of the President of Ukraine (PhD studies in Constitutional Law – 2002)

Bar association: Attorney at law admitted to practice in Ukraine (Certificate of Kyiv regional bar No 2612/10 of May 27, 2004).
